Heyyy guys. Another book tag post! I’m loving them as of late and I hope you are as well. I saw the name Bookish Snob Tag and I got intrigued to try it, and well, here it is. If you wanna join, please feel free to. I’d love to read your answers!

Am I a bookish snob? 🤔 Hmmm. Not sure but well, we’ll just have to see.

FORMAT SNOB: You can only choose 1 format in which to read books for the rest of your life. Which one do you choose: physical books, eBooks, or audiobooks?

E-books! I’m reading less of physical books and I’m loving it. It’s less expensive, easier to read and carry around. Physical books are sadly very expensive. I also like audiobooks but sadly I don’t listen to a lot of books.

ADAPTATION SNOB: Do you always read the book before watching the film/ TV show?

Tbh, I don’t make it a thing to read books before watching the movies. Nope. It just happens. Sometimes I read the book before it even becomes a movie and at times I watch a movie and then realise Oh! It’s an adaptation of a book.

SHIP SNOB: Would you date or marry a non-reader?

🤣 I would. It all comes down to love. In as much as I would love to date and marry a reader, I have figured that life doesn’t work that way. So if I find my non-reader beau, I honestly wouldn’t mind.

GENRE SNOB: You have to ditch one genre – never to be read again for the rest of your life. Which one do you ditch?

Science fiction. Tbh I legit never read it. I think it’s boring.

COMMUNITY SNOB: Which genre do you think receives the most snobbery from the bookish community?

Romance. Because of the cliché plots, I believe. All ends up being so similiar and very cringe worthy. YA comes up very close.

SNOBBERY RECIPIENT: Have you ever been snubbed for something that you have been reading or for reading in general?

Yep. A whole lot of times. I live books. I breath books. But people just don’t understand! It’s like they think I’m some sort of alien or something for being addicted to books. And when they learn I loove horror books? That is a huge big problem. Honestly, I don’t get it. But oh well, I don’t care. This is me.
