QOTD: have you ever been to a book event before?
Hello guys! Another book tag today. Saw this first on Soph’s blog. Please check out her answers. I have tried this a lot on #bookstagram and I thought it would be fun to do it here as well. Have a nice read and don’t forget to like and comment in the comments section below. Feel free to try this as well!
Read on the bed or the couch?
Both! But I very much prefer reading on the bed. It’s more flexible for me to turn, sit and lie down while reading. Sometimes I lean against the headboard with a cup of coffee and read. So cozy.
Read at night or in the morning?
Both. I’m always with a book so it doesn’t matter the time ๐ Though I prefer reading at night because I get to read a lot of chapters and sometimes even the whole book.
Male main character or female main character?
Female character o. I feel the vibes of the female characters more. Especially the badass ones. They are more interesting to read and I relate to a lot of them in various ways. TBH I read much more books with female MCs so maybe that’s why I’m more into books with MCs that are female.
First person POV or third person POV?
Third Person POV. Reading it gives more insight on the lives of the characters, descriptions, emotions and basically about everything revolving around the book. It’s more unique for me.
Trilogies or quartets?
Trilogies. Only for interesting books though because TBH some books don’t deserve a book 2 or 3. But there are some amazing ones that definitely do and trilogies are the best way to end an amazing series. Quartets would just be too much, I believe.
Libraries or bookstore?
Bookstores. So I get to buy and keep the books!
Books that make you laugh or cry?
Both. I love books with funny dialogues even though I’m not a fan of comedy, but some comedy scenes won’t hurt. And at the same time, I love books that make me shed a tear or two and just feel emotional.
Black book covers or white book covers?
White especially with the sparkly stuff embellished on the spines.
Character-driven or plot-driven?
I love both. I believe a good should have a combination of plot and character to make it balance. Though I’ve read books that are either plot or character-driven and have adored them.
Thank you very much for taking the time to read this post. I hope you enjoyed it. Until next time, Ciao. โค

Libraries and bookstores are my favourite places to be but if I am given a chance to chose between them I would have chosen bookstores too. Awesome post!!
